Giraffe founders Thomas and William Ro shared a frustration: the struggle to find and book local businesses efficiently. They experienced firsthand the tedium of endless online searches, the unreliability of social media recommendations, and the frustration of telephone tag. As small business owners themselves, they also faced the challenges of gaining visibility through social media and the complexity and expense of paid digital advertising. Inspired by these challenges, they created Giraffe to revolutionize how people discover and engage with local businesses. Our platform uses location-aware technology to connect customers with nearby businesses in real-time, making it easy to find and book them. By simplifying this process, we empower both businesses and consumers, ultimately supporting local businesses and fostering a more connected and vibrant local community.
